On average Surrey Fire and Rescue Service responds to approximately 35,000 emergency calls each year and it's our Command and Control staff who ensure we get the right resources to the right place at the right time.
Each Control Operator is trained to a very high standard to deal with any incident, and to cope with often distressed and panicky callers, in a calm and competent manner.
